OK folks, here is the recipe. I doubled it like I said, and didn't add the walnuts, but definitely will next time. I had to cook a couple of the bigger ones a little longer and they got kind of dried out so watch them close. I also made this for dinner tonight, EASY and pretty darn tasty, if you're of the broccoli cheese soup persuasion...I added more cheese, no big shocker there. Anyway, there ya go, enjoy.

I CANNOT WAIT to make that soup. in fact, I have decided that I will make it tonight. and I'm going to make it half broccoli and half cauliflower. I want it RIGHT NOW.
I'm going to have to try the Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread. mmmm.
Anyway, been ages since I've done much of anything with blogs, but I wanted to get on yours and say "howdy." I read the one about wanting to split. It's funny, I was just telling Jennifer about when I left Cedar City back in '97 (for many of the same reasons, anonymity being a big one... I was "Dan's son.") and I actually just commented on Amanda's blog about this. It was sad/hard at first. I had about half a dozen going away parties. My parents saw me off. My Mom was crying. I even got a little weepy myself. Then, about twenty miles outside of town (just past Parowan) it was like the rubber band connecting me to this place stretched, stretched, stretched, and finally snapped. And I couldn't stop laughing with joy and absolute excitement. I was just about your age (funny enough, just divorced), and it was the best thing to happen to me. It took a little time to convince myself to actually step up and do it, though.
